Grand Hotel Minerva Florence

We were warmly welcomed by Rodolfo at Grand Hotel Minerva and he made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-lit, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from major attractions like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was just a short walk to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the rooftop pool was a great bonus, offering a relaxing and enjoyable spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the views from the pool area were stunning, with beautiful vistas of the city and its surrounding hills.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful square. This venue was the perfect location, situated walking distance from everything and right next to a stunning church. It was also conveniently located behind the train station, making it easy for me to catch the bus from the airport. The staff here provided excellent service and were always happy to accommodate any requests I had. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and a cozy terrace where I could unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop pool with a breathtaking view, which was a great way to relax after hours of sightseeing.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as they provide excellent service and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The views from the rooftop pool were absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama of the city. the location of the hotel was also ideal, being conveniently close to the train station and within easy walking distance to major attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cool and relaxing atmosphere with reliable air conditioning.

Although the breakfast provided was adequate, it could have been more diverse and offering a wider range of options. some of the rooms had twin beds that were pushed together to form a king-sized bed, which was slightly less comfortable than a standard king-sized bed.

It is conveniently situated near the train station in the heart of Florence, making it easy to access transportation to other places. Additionally, it is central to all the major attractions as well as the Firenze SMN train station.

The hotel is situated in a magnificent square, just a block away from the train station. The location is extremely convenient, allowing easy access to the city center and all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and good quality bathrooms. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooftop swimming pool offers spectacular views and is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Some guests mentioned that it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel by car due to road closures.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and the main cathedral in Florence. It made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city in just one day. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. Even though it was winter, we enjoyed strolling around the beautiful open roof area and taking in the city views. The only minor downside was that the room decor was a bit plain compared to the website pictures. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and comfortable rooms.

We arrived in Florence by train from Pisa airport, and the hotel was just a short walk from the station. It was so convenient! We loved how close it was to all the tourist sites, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room we stayed in was beautifully renovated, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of mirrors. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, and the breakfast selection was delicious. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, where we enjoyed stunning views of the city.

That the hotel was located in a construction zone, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel is very close to the central station and situated in a fantastic area with all major sights within walking distance. The view from the terrace overlooking the square of Santa Maria Novella is breath-taking. The staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. My room was comfortable, with all the expected amenities like a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a safe. What I appreciated most was the lovely spa & wellness center with a rooftop pool and sun terrace!

Great location for views, only a 10-minute walk to central area. Staff is accommodating and goes above and beyond. 5-star food at the restaurant. Upgraded pool is amazing. Unbelievable experience and we will definitely return.
